How often should i get my hair cut?
The frequency of cutting is truly dependent on your hair type, length, and health, but we generally recommend that hair be cut every 4-6 weeks.
I'm disappointed with my hair color - what do i do next?
Communication with your stylist is KEY. They have your hair in their hands – do not feel uncomfortable with expressing any concerns or dissatisfaction. Often, the issue can be easily resolved with clear understanding of the client’s expectations. If you find yourself at home, unhappy with the outcome of your appointment that day, please let us know by contacting the salon and speaking with the salon coordinator.
I colored my own hair - help!
First, take a deep breath and relax. We’re here to help. Most color disasters can be corrected, but it will always be a process. Some can be corrected in one visit, many will require a minimum of two. The integrity of your hair is always of the utmost importance, so we won’t continued to process hair on the same day if we think it will be compromised in any way. To best discern what would work for your situation, schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists.
